Built when life moved at a much slower pace, 10 Uralia Terrace, Northam is a lovely old Federation home with all the heritage features you'd expect in a home of this period together with the mod cons and creature comforts we appreciate today.
Here's what I love most about this property:
- No Heritage Law restrictions & the potential to subdivide into 3 lots (STCA) – I personally love old homes like this & would't dream of knocking her down, but this is an incredible opportunity for developers & those seeking options.
- The gorgeous Jarrah timber floors & lovely wraparound verandah
- The beautiful high ceilings with decorative cornices, the picture rails, the wide hallways & stunning leadlight windows
- The commanding corner position with charming picket fence to the front + handy dual street access
- The location – opposite St Josephs, a K-12 school, and an easy stroll from vibrant Fitzgerald & Wellington Streets
- The country-style kitchen & sun-lit home office
- The large powered shed & off-street parking for several vehicles, including a caravan or boat
- The ducted reverse cycle A/C & 24 solar panels so you can crank it up without dreading your energy bills!
