Sales activity was up 10.8% in Perth during the week ending 3 August with 851 transactions recorded. On closer inspection, house, unit and land sales were up across the board, increasing 11.3%, 4.5% and 18% respectively.

Listings There were 3,292 properties for sale in the metropolitan area for the week ending August 3, which is 10.4% lower than 4 weeks ago but 0.8% higher than the same time last year. Top performing suburbs – sales

Leasing activity increased by 4.7% since last week, with REIWA members reporting 733 properties leased. This number is 14.9% higher than 4 weeks ago and 16.7% higher than a year ago.
