Sales activity was down 2.9% in Perth during the week ending 27 July with 776 transactions recorded. On closer inspection, house sales were down 10.5%. However, unit and vacant land sales were up 13.1% and 24.7% respectively.

Perth’s lowest sale price: Mandurah – $450,000
Listings There were 3,373 properties for sale in the metropolitan area for the week ending July 27, which is 15.1% lower than 4 weeks ago but 2.7% higher than the same time last year. Top performing suburbs – sales

Perth rental market REIWA members reported 2,399 properties for rent at the end of last week, which is 2.4% down on the previous week, similar to 4 weeks ago and 4.3% lower than the same time last year. Leasing activity decreased by 6.9% since last week, with REIWA members reporting 703 properties leased. This number is 5.4% lower than 4 weeks ago and 1.7% higher than a year ago.
