* Easier Pet Approval for Renters: Tenants now have a clearer path to keep pets in rental properties.
* Limiting Rent Increases: Rent can only be increased once per year, providing stability for renters.
* Ensuring Flexible Payment Methods: Renters are now guaranteed the option to pay rent via bank transfer or Centrepay.
These changes aim to balance the rental market and improve conditions for both tenants and landlords.
