Welcome to C J's e-Newsletter!
Dear John Cho
How time flies - is it already April?
Digital wallets, facial recognition, digital assistants, predictive maps and navigation, autocorrect and chatbots are all examples of artificial intelligence, also known as AI.
The modern world is becoming increasingly dependent on these computer systems developed to mimic human intelligence to help us save time and costs.
We all have experienced AI to some degree and the Real Estate industry is no different. AI is now used to help buy, sell and invest in property. In the mortgage and brokerage industries, various companies have analytical AI technologies to help value properties and make underwriting decisions.
Developers and investors can also use other AI platforms that specialise in identifying development sites or undervalued properties and generating property recommendations using hyperlocal and user data.
The one I’m keeping my eye on is the use of AI to help improve property management operations (such as through predictive maintenance), and lead generation.
While this may cause some people to fear technology, I see it as a positive thing because it means my team can focus on the most important thing, which is to build human relationships with our client base.
Do you want to discuss your property or are you thinking of selling, and would like to receive a market appraisal? We will provide you with a comprehensive report on the local market with a suggested price guide for your property based on the current market.
Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information and advice at our Rhodes office on 9739 6000 or Newington office on 9737 8338.
